Four Points by Sheraton Monterrey Airport

Amazing service rooms were top of the line. There is a restaurant right next door 40 feet away from the entrance that's nachos burgers pizza and beer. Breakfast is order and served at your table and is by my opinion the best service and 4 out of 5 food

Had an issue, and I informed the front desk. The issue with housekeep coming into my room without knocking after we had checked in. Never spoke with an answer. They said that it was miscommunication." Not exectable Went back to Monterrey a week later and stayed at a different hotel, not marriott.(silver elite)

The Four Points is super close to airport. It is new, modern, clean and tidy. The room covers the basic, a big TV, a table and a bed, with a good amount of space. The gym is well equipment with a decent size pool. It is close to the industrial area, so there isn’t many options for food or shopping. The price is decent about 100USD per night.

Excellent stay, clean establishment, cold rooms and hallways during the summer, and amazing staff. I’ve never felt so welcomed. Every time I walked passed the counter, they greeted me by name. Just remembering the faces of your guests is a task on its own, and they executed all flawlessly. Thank you for the hospitality. I will be booking with them for future business travel to Mexico.

The rooms are modern, clean, and new. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and makes me feel welcome every time I visit. The shuttle service is exceptional, and they will go out of your way to accommodate you. The location is ideal if you are working in the nearby areas. There aren't many places to walk to from this hotel, but that depends on what you are looking for in your stay.

Good option for business travelers that are working in Monterrey and need affordable lodging close to the airport. Rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. Location of the gym and pool are nice with both being slightly better than average.

My stay at the four points has been excellent so far, im currently here on a work trip. The front desk staff are incredible! I want to give a special thank you to Reuben Ponciee for making my stay so delightful. He has gone above and beyond as for as customer satisfaction is concerned. The hotel itself is great because it’s near the airport, but the only thing is there isn’t many restaurants next to it. You can travel across the road to rhe hampton and they have several places to eat and shop.
